Once again the specter of safety recalls of toys has reared its ugly head in the news. We at BSW Toy Inc. feel compelled to address this issue and reassure everyone that customer safety is our top priority. At BSW Toy, we have several important rules of conduct to which we adhere strictly. First, we take special care to obey all laws without exception. Second, we carefully adhere to strict moral standards to insure the safety, security and well-being of our employees and all members of the BSW Toy family. Third, we work diligently to provide quality products at competitive pricing. Because we adhere to these standards so closely, we absolutely, and without hesitation, certify that all toys made and sold by our company are in full accordance and compliance with the United States Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA). We also test to the even stricter EN-71 (European) standards for all items. This enables us to sell our products world-wide without concern for safety issues. This compliance includes, but is not limited to, the following:

•    Section 103 of the CPSIA, entitled “Tracking Labels for Children’s Products”.
•    ASTM Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety, F963
•    USA Consumer Product Safety Improvement act, HR4040
•    Phthalate test – Di-i-Hexyl (DnHP) content
•    LHAMA Labeling Art Materials, D-4236 (when applicable)

All of our products are thoroughly tested to meet and exceed safety standards when they are produced. We test raw materials before building to make sure we are creating product that is free from chemical contamination, including lead, phthalates and other chemicals known to be harmful to people and other living things. Once product production is complete, we also test random samples of our finished goods to insure that no contamination has occurred during the manufacturing process. We also test our packaging for similar issues. All products and their package are certified as safety compliant before leaving our factories. All of our packaging is made from recycled materials and may be recycled again to help minimize damage to our environment. BSW Toy also has an owner/partner living overseas who visits all of our production facilities frequently and without prior notice to insure onsite quality and safety for our products before they leave the production facility bound for delivery to you.  You may sell and purchase any of our products confident that you will never experience any safety issues of any kind.
